Lory Sangalang

Co-founder and Managing Director

Lory Sangalang is the Principal Partner and Managing Director with ProAct. She is a skilled strategist that brings more than 18 years of business consulting and advisory services to the firm and to our clients. She has worked with Fortune 500 clients in the overall business transformation, merger integration, organizational change, and operations management ranging in value between $20 million and $30 billion. 

Lory is responsible for driving new client partnerships along with building out new vertical lead segments in the North American markets. Her focus is on building successful client relationships and identifying new focused capabilities that allow ProAct to deliver a positive return on investment to its’ clients while cultivating long-standing mutually beneficial relationships and also helping to create a work environment that encourages curiosity and innovation.


Lory built a global career in diverse industries including building materials, food and beverage, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, health and wellness, and media and entertainment, most recently at WarnerMedia, leading key initiatives and driving growth in Sales Strategy,  Business Development, Financial Analysis, Operations, Market Expansion, Product Launch, and many others.  Key areas of expertise include:

Lory got her MBA from Duke University, the Fuqua School of Business under merit scholarship. She also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics, specializing in Decision Science and Econometrics. In addition, Lory is a founding board member at True Connection, a non-profit organization that empowers youth and POC through social-emotional learning and HiEQ.
